Windows 7 Market Share Reaches 10%

Windows 7 has reached a market share of more than 10% and this rapid growth appears to have some momentum behind it.

Windows 7 continues to bring in the good news (and cash) for Microsoft as a recent online usage survey has found that the OS has reached double digits market share for the first time.

Ars Technica - Last month, Windows 7 crossed into double-digit market share numbers. Microsoft disclosed that it sold more than 60 million copies of Windows 7 by the end of 2009, and now we know this very quick growth has continued through the first quarter of 2010.
