Apple has revealed that some 13-inch 2019 MacBook Pro models may suffer from random shutdowns even though the battery still has a remaining charge.
In a support document published on its website, Apple outlined several steps for affected users to follow to fix the issue. The first step involves using the laptop until the battery percentage drops below 90%. The second step requires the laptop to be connected to its power adapter. The third step recommends that all open applications be closed.
Users have to close the laptop's lid to put it to sleep mode and let it charge for at least 8 hours. After 8 hours of charging, users are encouraged to update the laptop to the latest macOS version. If the issue still persists, users should contact Apple Support.
