The 24th edition of the PC Show is now happening at the Singapore Expo, from today June 5 to Sunday June 8. Held in Halls 5 and 6, doors will be opened from 12pm to 9pm throughout the four days, and admission is free. Aftershock
The Aftershock X15S-V2 is a powerful gaming laptop armed with an Intel Core i7-4710MQ processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 870M GPU, 15.6-inch Full HD display, 8GB RAM, and 1TB HDD storage space. The usual price for this config is $2,671, but at PC show its available for just $2,299!
ASUS
If performance is one of your priorities, you could do worse than ASUS' current flagship router, the RT-AC68U, which is one of the quickest Wireless-AC routers that we have tested. Or, if you don't need Wireless-AC, there is the RT-N66U, which happens to be one of the fastest Wireless-N routers we have tested.
ASUS' flagship RT-AC68U router is available at $329 and comes with a free 16GB thumbdrive, 2,600mAh battery bank and Trend Micro Security software.

If you are looking for the best Android tablet experience, look no further than the ASUS Nexus 7 (2013). Running on stock Android 4.4 KitKat, the Nexus 7 (2013) delivers smooth performance and is the fastest to get the latest software updates from Google. The ASUS FonePad 7 LTE is priced at $349. It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and is powered by an Intel Atom Z2560 dual-core 1.6GHz processor. Its 7-inch IPS display has a resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels.
Aztech
Need a fast home plug? The Aztech HL119EP offers up to 600Mbps transfer rates and comes with AC pass-through. Available at $65 (U.P.: $75) or in a twin pack bundle for $119.
If you find your home Wi-Fi coverage patchy, beef it up with Aztech's newly launched WL580E dual-band Wireless-N repeater. Going for $75 (U.P.: $89).
Another star bundle from Aztech is the HL117E 500Mbps home plug and HIPC700 IP camera starter kit. The HIPC700 camera features motion detection and night vision.
Brother
Known for their affordable inkjet printers, what does Brother have to offer at the PC Show?
The Brother MFC-J470DW has print, copy, scan and fax capabilities. Print speed is up to 12 pages per minute (PPM) for mono documents and 10ppm for color documents. It goes for $218 and comes with a free $20 shopping voucher.
If you don't need fax capability but still want the printer to be able to scan and copy, there's the Brother J552DW, which goes for $208 and comes with a $20 shopping voucher too.
Canon
Fancy having a red printer? While this Canon Pixma MG7170 prints great photos, it's also a very capable business machine. It supports automatic duplex printing, as well as wireless printing via Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud Print. It goes for $279.
Looking for a laser printer instead? There's the imageCLASS MF8280Cw, which has print, copy, scan, and fax capabilities. It can print both mono and color documents at 14ppm and has a 50-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF). Price? $649.
The Canon 6D is a full-frame camera with a 20.2MP CMOS sensor that's going for about $2,400 (body only) after the $150 cash back offer. Besides the usual freebies, there's also an offer to get the EF24-70 f2.8L II USM as an additional purchase at $2,749.
The EOS 700D gives you an 18MP APS-C CMOS sensor and a 3-inch capacitive touch, vari-angle LCD. There's an $80 cash back promotion for this, and it costs just $1,349 with the EF-S 18-135 IS STM lens (before cash back).
The 70D costs $1,499 (body only), and features a 20.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor. There's also a $150 cash back offer and the option to purchase the EF 100 f2.8L Macro IS USM lens at $1,259.

Creative has one of the business booths at PC Show 2014, thanks to its many speaker, headphone, and sound card deals. The critically acclaimed Sound Blaster Roar portable Bluetooth speaker is once again on offer, and the super-affordable Sound Blaster R3 audio recording and streaming kit is making its debut at the show.
Looking for a high-quality, portable Bluetooth speaker? The Sound Blaster Roar is once again going for $199, down from its usual price of $426. The Creative WP-250 is a bendable wireless headset for those who hate clunky wireless headphones, or those looking to find something suitable for outdoor use. It has an inline microphone, and is going for just $79. Creative is also giving away a pair of EP-430 earbuds worth $29 (while stocks last, of course).
D-Link
D-Link's DIR-868L is one of the more affordable AC1750 routers around and it is going for $239 (U.P.: $299).
Need a high-tech outdoor security camera? The D-Link DCS-7010L records in 720p and has a waterproof casing and motion detectors. Price? The picture says it all.
Dell
The 11.6-inch Dell XPS 11 has a 360-degree hinge that lets it flip into a handy tablet mode. Despite its diminutive size, it has an ultra high-res QHD 2,560 x 1,440-pixel resolution display. This model has a Core i5-4210U processor, 4GB RAM, and a 128GB SSD. Going for $1,999.

If you're looking for a space-saving gaming desktop, Dell's Alienware X51 squeezes an Intel Core i7-4790 processor, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760Ti into a tiny case. The X51 is available for $1,999.
Dell monitors are always present at tech shows, and it's no different this time round. And look, even on the first day, they've already started to slash the prices.
Epson
The Epson L355 provides good value as it's an ink tank printer, so ink refills are super affordable. Sporting built-in Wi-Fi, you can bring it home for just $299.
FiiO
The FiiO X5 is a high-end portable music player that has a dual-core 600MHz CPU. It's not just a DAP, but a USB DAC (supports 192KHz/24-bit) as well when connected to a PC. Under the hood, it uses TI's top-end PCM1792A (for the DAC), four OPA1612 (for current/voltage conversion and amplification), and two LMH6643 (for headphone output). The price? $479 at The Headphones Gallery's booth.
EpiCentre
EpiCentre is one of the Apple authorized resellers in Singapore and, as usual, throws in a large bundle of freebies when you purchase any Apple product.
If you are aiming for Apple's latest tablet offerings, EpiCentre is including freebies worth up to $169 and $289 with the purchase of the iPad Mini with Retina Display and iPad Air respectively.
Buy a MacBook Air at EpiCentre to get free gifts which you would never get on Apple Store online, including an external DVD drive and a wireless mouse. There are major discounts (up to 70% off) on AppleCare (Apple's extended warranty program) for iMacs as well.
If you are not in the market for a new device, there is also a huge range of accessories to spice up your current ones.
iPhone 5/5S screen protectors spotted going for half their original prices or lower. If you've had your device for a while, you might want to grab this chance to have your smartphone screen look like new again.
If you find it inconvenient to carry a power bank around but still want to have extra juice on-the-go, consider getting a battery case for your smartphone. Gosh! has these at 30% off for the iPhone 5/5S and the case adds only 70 grams to your device.
The iPad Air can be a great productivity tool with the free iWork suite of apps, but it can be difficult to type long paragraphs on a touch screen. You can overcome this barrier with a bluetooth keyboard case, such as the ZaggKeys Folio, now going for $119 (U.P: $169).

The Klipsch R6 in-ear monitors features a dual-magnet moving coil drivers and a flat, tangle-resistant cable. The R6i sports the same features, but adds an inline 3-button remote (with mic) for iOS devices. They usually cost $129 and $169 respectively, but you get a 10% discount at the show (i.e., $116 and $152). And it's 15% off if you buy two.
The Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover weighs only 330g, which complements the lightweight Apple iPad Air. It also has a sturdy stand that holds the iPad Air upright at an ideal angle for typing and viewing. It is available at EpiCentre for $111 (U.P: $139).
Fujifilm
The Fujifilm XE-1 with 18-55mm lens goes for $1,199 after cash back, and features a 16.3MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS sensor. What's nice is you also get the 50-230mm lens (silver) as part of the free gifts, so your basic lens needs will be covered from the start.
Featuring a 16.3MP APS-C CMOS sensor with Fujfilmi's high-speed EXR Processor Pro II imaging processor, the XA-1 with 16-50mm lens kit is going for just $799 with $50 cash back.
The new Fujifilm XT-1 is also on offer, going for $2,499 with the 18-55 kit lens and the XC50-230mm lens as part of the bundle of free gifts. The 16MP XT-1 is also dust and water-resistant, and freeze-resistant up to -10 degrees Celsius.

Fuji Xerox
The Fuji Xerox DocuPrint M255 z is a mono desktop all-in-one S-LED printer that is able to print, copy, scan, and fax. Duplex printing is also automatic, so you don't have to manually flip the pages over. It's going for $269, which is $130 off the regular price.
The Fuji Xerox DocuPrint M355 df is a mono laser printer that is able to copy, print, scan, and fax. It can also churn out 35 pages per minute, and supports automatic 2-sided print, copy, and scan so you don't have to manually flip the pages over. Save $180 when you get it at the PC Show, where it goes for $479.
The DocuPrint CM215 fw is an A4 color S-LED printer that can also copy, scan, and fax. It has print speeds of up to 12ppm for color documents and 15ppm for monochrome documents. Save $160 and grab it for $489 at the show.
Fujitsu
Fujitsu's 13.3-inch touchscreen UH574 Ultrabook is powered by an Intel Core i7-4500U processor, and 8GB RAM, and has 500GB HDD storage space with 16GB SSD cache. It can be had for $1,888 at the PC Show with $527 worth of freebies included.
HP
The HP Pavilion x360 is a flexible little device with a 360-degree hinge, letting it easily transform between notebook, tablet, stand, and tent modes to suit your current usage needs. It has an 11.6-inch touchscreen display, an Intel Pentium N3520 processor, Windows 8.1 OS, and 8GB RAM. It is available for $799, and comes with a free HP backpack and HP in ear headset.
The HP Spectre 13 has an Intel Core I7-4500U processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, and a 13.3-inch touchscreen display with an ultra sharp 2,560 x 1,440-pixel resolution. The Spectre 13 includes an innovative extra wide trackpad, with smart zones designed for easier Windows 8 navigation. It is available at PC Show for $2,299 - an i5 model with a Full HD display is also available for $1,799.
The sleek aluminum chassis Envy 15 has a Full HD 15-inch display, and is powered by an Intel Core i7-4700MQ processor, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, and NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M GPU. It usually retails for $1,399, but is available at PC Show for $1,299.
The HP Envy Recline 27 All-In-One boasts a unique adjustable touchscreen that can recline to an almost fully flat position, making it easier to work on, especially if you're writing on it. This 27-inch model boasts an Intel Core i7-4770T processor, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, and an NVIDIA GeForce GT730A GPU. It is available for $2,499.
The HP Officejet Pro X576dw isn't the most affordable inkjet printer around, but if it's speed you're looking for, then give the X576dw a chance. It's definitely one of the fastest inkjets around (42ppm in both mono and color!) and may even rival some laser printers. It's now going for $1,299.
Huawei
The Huawei MediaPad X1 (3G) is thinner than the Apple iPad Mini with Retina Display. The At 7.18mm-thin MediaPad X1 comes with a 7-inch Full HD (1,920 x 1,200 pixels) LTPS display that has an 80% screen-to-body ratio thanks to the 2.99mm thin bezel. It's priced at $469 (U.P $499) for this show.
Lenovo
The Yoga 2 Pro Ultrabook boasts a 13.3-inch QHD+ 3,200 x 1,800-pixel resolution touchscreen display, and has a 360-degree hinge that lets it transform into four usage modes: laptop, stand, tent, and tablet. This Intel Core i5-4200U model with 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD is available for $1,949. An i7 version is also available for $2,099.
Logitech
If you want better gaming performance from your mouse and keyboard, check out the Logitech products on display at the PC Show.
Want a gaming mouse with a comfortable design and which allows for customized weight adjustment? Grab the Logitech G502 for $99.
How about a backlit gaming keyboard that gives you a choice of 16 million colors to choose from? You can even assign a unique color to each profile, profile mode, and mode style in the same game. Bring it home for $209.
Not sure if you will like a gaming mouse? Have a go at the affordable Logitech G100s before you decide on investing in a pricier choice. It's just $35.
The Logitech UE 4000 is a pair of compact on-ear headphones, and it comes with a travel pouch for ease of bringing it around. It also has an on-cord music/call controls and microphone. Nubox is selling it for $59, down from $99.
Muku Labs
Ever wondered why your selfie shots always turned out blurred? The press of the shutter button on the display might have resulted in slight vibration of the phone. Olympus
If you're looking for a mirrorless camera (or simply something lighter), swing over to the Olympus booth (under Best Denki). Extra Best Denki vouchers are up for grabs if you're one of the first 20 customers of the day!
The Olympus OM-D E-M5 with 12-50mm kit is selling at $1,388 with the trade-in of any camera in any condition, which is a pretty good deal for a DSLR with a 16MP Four Thirds sensor - especially when you get an additional battery and the 40-150mm R F4.0-5.6 lens thrown in!
The PEN E-PL6 twin lens kit (14-42mm + 40-150mm) is another worthy consideration at $928 after trade-in, as this gets you a camera with 16MP Live MOS sensor and TruePic VI image processing engine.
The Stylus XZ-10 is a highly capable compact camera that features a DSLR quality F1.8-2.7 lens, and is going for just $358 with an additional battery and a $30 NTUC voucher.

Samsung is one of the few SSD manufacturers in the world to make its own controllers, firmware, and even NAND chips. As a result, its SSD 840 Pro and SSD 840 EVO are amongst the fastest and most popular SSDs in the market today.

Toshiba
Toshiba's Satellite U920t is a 12.5-inch convertible Ultrabook with a sliding form factor that lets it transform from touchscreen notebook to tablet in just one second. This model is powered by an Intel Core i5-3317U processor, and 4GB RAM, with 128GB SSD storage space. It usually retails for $2,099, but can be picked up at the PC Show for $1,799 and comes with a free Xbox 360 with Kinect or $300 worth of Capitaland shopping vouchers!

If you're looking for a sleek but affordable touchscreen notebook, look no further than the Toshiba Satellite S40t. The Intel I5-3337U-powered notebook has a 14-inch touchscreen display perfect for its Windows 8 OS. It also includes an NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M discrete GPU for some light gaming and entertainment. It usually costs $1,199, but can be had at the PC Show for just $999.
If you are looking for a basic USB 3.0 portable external hard disk drive, check out the Toshiba Canvio Simple 3.0, which is available at $85.
The Toshiba Canvio Connect comes with an additional 10GB of cloud storage and is available at $99 for 1TB and $179 for 2TB. Comes with a free pouch and 8GB thumbdrive.

TP-Link's Archer C7 is one of the most affordable dual-band Wireless-AC routers around at $179 (U.P.: $189).
The TP-Link M5360 is ideal for travelers as it is a 3G mobile hotspot and 5,200mAh mobile battery bank rolled into one. Going for $115.
Western Digital
Looking for a basic portable external hard disk drive? The WD Elements is available in 1TB and 2TB for $85 (U.P.: $109) and $169 (U.P.: $219) respectively.
The Passport Ultra offers 256-bit AES hardware encryption and comes with an automatic backup software. The 1TB version is going for $99 (U.P.: $139), while the 2TB version is available at $189 (U.P.: $229).
