More than a month after suing Samsung in both China and the U.S over some mobile patents, Huawei appears to have found new evidence of another patent infringement.

Sina News reported that Huawei has collected a significant amount of evidence through the purchase of a Galaxy S7, S7 edge and J5 to prove that these handsets infringe on another patent. Apparently, the three Samsung models have a technical feature that infringed on one of Huawei's patents. It is likely related to a patent for technical solutions on terminal displays.

In response to this news, a Samsung spokeswoman told Sina News that the company will "thoroughly review the complaints". This is not the only patent dispute faced by Samsung; it is currently embroiled in a legal fight against Apple that begun in 2011.
